Nology Networks asked me to do a series of "business slicks" or "leave behinds" for their company. I did the layout design process (based on the information on their website) for all 7 of them, each standard size (8.5" x 11") and prepared them for the printing process.
PROCESS
Following the brand standards provided to me by Nology I used Adobe Illustrator to create graphic elements and designed a basic template for each page.
Next I placed the information provided to me by Nology within a grid system which I had constructed using Adobe InDesign. The purpose for this is to allow the client convenient editing capabilities. Like most layout design projects, I primarily used InDesign to do my work.
I then used designated spaces I'd set up within the grid system for stock photos I selected. I cropped and slightly altered a few of the photographs using Adobe Photoshop.
The project turned out to be a great success!
